🛍️ Placing an Order
Ordering from Mimchic is simple and secure. Just browse our collection, select your size and colour, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed successfully.
✅ Order Confirmation Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@mimchic.shop.
✏️ Changing or Cancelling an Order If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mimchic.shop. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
🚚 Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

📦 Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time. If you experience any issues with your tracking, please contact us at support@mimchic.shop.
🔄 Returns We accept returns of unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

💸 Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 1-3 business days after that.
🔁 Exchanges Would you like a different size or colour? We are happy to help. Contact us at support@mimchic.shop and we will arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.
📬 Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
