We hope you enjoy your purchase, however should you need to return an item you have 14 days from the day it was delivered to you to return it. Mimicchic offers customers a free returns service via DHL.

To return an order please:

Contact our Customer Services Team by email at info@Mimicchic.com or by phone at +44 7743 762740 within 7 days of receiving your order to book a return at a convenient time and address for you. Please do not return items by any other service.
The team will email you the necessary documents DHL require. Please print these out and attach these to the exterior of the returns package.
The DHL Driver will need to visually inspect your return. Please do not seal your package until the driver has checked the contents.
Once your item has been received and the condition has been checked, your refund will be issued. Payment normally appears back in your account between 3-5 working days.
